Technical Assistant – Antibody Production

The Responsibilities

• Produce human monoclonal HuCAL® antibodies with the help of pro- and eukaryotic expression systems for use in the field of research and treatment
• Perform physicochemical and functional characterization of antibodies
• Assist with continuous process optimization in the area of antibody production and characterization

The Requirements

• Technical training as BTA, CTA, MTA or similar qualifications
• Experience in molecular and cell biological methods
• Good command of MS Office and English
• Highly motivated, team-oriented approach to work
