MorphoSys is developing a proprietary portfolio of innovative therapeutic antibodies to treat cancer and inflammatory diseases. Our intent is to develop these compounds to clinical proof of concept before partnering.
The most advanced compound MOR103, an anti-GM-CSF antibody to treat inflammatory conditions, is currently being evaluated in a phase 1b/2a clinical trial in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis. Two further programs, MOR208 and MOR202, are in clinical development for oncology, more specifically for hematological malignancies.
MorphoSys is open to discuss these programs with interested parties on an ongoing basis and will proactively seek partners for later-stage development and commercialization.
Furthermore, MorphoSys is looking to in-license and collaborate on innovative target molecules or antibody product candidates. We are open to consider a broad range of deal structures including co-development arrangements.
