All employees take part in a bonus program based on the achievement of company-wide goals. In addition, outstanding performance is rewarded in the form of an individual spot bonus.
Through a flexible framework agreement with a established insurance company, MorphoSys offers its employees the possibility to successively build up their retirement provisions, granting monthly subsidies in support of this.
Flexible working hours:
A "time-clock mentality" is incompatible with the modern principles of our company. Flexible working hours provide a better balance between work and private interests. A large variety of part-time models makes it easier for employees with family to return to working life.
Training and development:
MorphoSys invests in its employees through demand-oriented and customized internal and external advanced training and development programs.
MorphoSys has cooperated with the pme Familienservice GmbH for years, with the aim of improving the reconciliation of family and working life. In addition, there are close ties to the “BioKids“, a day nursery and kindergarten in Martinsried, for children from six months to six years, offering flexible opening hours.
Company sports activities:
To create a balance to the everyday working life, MorphoSys offers its employees participation in free-of-charge sports activities.
