Engineering the medicines of tomorrow!

Since 1992 we follow our vision to make exceptional, innovative biopharmaceuticals to improve the lives of patients suffering from serious diseases.

Together, we pool our technologies, knowhow and experience to generate and develop therapeutic antibodies, thereby making new, innovative forms of treatment available for patients.

With currently over 100 different product candidates currently in research and development, MorphoSys has one of the broadest pipeline in the biotechnology industry. In our pipeline, there are unique therapeutic approaches aiming to help patients with diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's disease, cardiovascular diseases and inflammatory diseases. Our development activities are mainly focused on cancer.

Since 31 July 2003 the CREDO has driven our common thinking and actions!

On 6 June 2003, as part of an employees' assembly, the cornerstone was laid for a company-wide set of guiding principles, termed the MorphoSys CREDO. On this day and also during the subsequent weeks, all employees had the opportunity to provide their input to form the MorphoSys CREDO. In May 2011 and again in October 2018, our Credo was extended in order to reflect our increasing responsibility associated with the company's activities in proprietary drug development.

Salary: 

MorphoSys offers appropriate, market-oriented, and job-related salaries.

Bonus: 

All employees take part in a bonus program based on the achievement of company-wide goals. In addition, outstanding performance is rewarded in the form of an individual spot bonus.

Pension scheme: 

Through a flexible framework agreement with a established insurance company, MorphoSys offers its employees the possibility to successively build up their retirement provisions, granting monthly subsidies in support of this.

Flexible working hours: 

A "time-clock mentality" is incompatible with the modern principles of our company. Flexible working hours provide a better balance between work and private interests. A large variety of part-time models makes it easier for employees with family to return to working life.

Training and development: 

MorphoSys invests in its employees through demand-oriented and customized internal and external advanced training and development programs.
